Fletcher Therapy

Meet the Therapist

Choosing a therapist is a deeply personal decision—and one that can make a big difference in your healing journey. Research consistently shows that the relationship between you and your therapist is one of the strongest predictors of positive outcomes in therapy. That’s why it’s important to feel safe, supported, and understood from the start.

My work extends beyond traditional talk therapy, integrating evidence-based psychotherapy with mind–body approaches that support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience. Our work is collaborative and tailored to you, and may include techniques such as bilateral stimulation, mindfulness, guided imagery, hypnotherapy, and other regulation-focused strategies.

I have advanced training in Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs), including trichotillomania (hair pulling) and dermatillomania (skin picking), and provide specialized care for challenges that are often misunderstood or overlooked.

I am also recognized as an HSP-Knowledgeable Therapist on Dr. Elaine Aron’s Highly Sensitive Person website. As a Highly Sensitive Person myself, I bring both professional expertise and lived understanding to supporting HSP clients in navigating the world with greater ease, clarity, and self-compassion.

My professional background includes work in both private practice and hospital-based settings, supporting individuals and families across the lifespan. In addition to my clinical work, I have served as a Clinical Supervisor for therapists-in-training across multiple disciplines.

I currently offer secure online therapy to adults throughout California via a HIPAA-compliant video platform. While I do not provide in-person sessions at this time, teletherapy offers flexibility, consistency, and the ability to engage in meaningful work from wherever you are.
