How does it work? You and your therapist log into a secure video platform at the time of your appointment. At Fletcher Therapy, we walk you through this process to make it as straightforward as possible.

What kind of setup do I need? An internet connection, a quiet, well-lit, private space, and minimal distractions.  Teletherapy is an effective, convenient, and safe alternative to face-to-face sessions. I use HIPAA compliant software and video platforms, and – for now – teletherapy is the only type of session I offer.
